What is Imperial Wins?
Imperial Wins is an online casino dressed as ancient Rome: an Emperor and an Empress greet you, the loyalty ladder is a Legion, and the weekly free-spins promo is called Game of the Empire.
Behind the costume sits a large lobby. The brand says it has over 2,000 casino games — pokies, live dealer tables, RNG table games and crash titles — and the site runs in five languages: English, Spanish, Finnish, French and Portuguese.
Every week has a promotion calendar, tournament prizes are paid in Coins that you swap for free spins in the Imperial Shop, and a VIP club climbs from Bronze to Black by invitation only.
The brand's cookie policy names ABC Interactive N.V.; its FAQ is signed "ABC co.". Support is live chat and support@imperialwins.com.
Curaçao. Third-party reviews give the number OGL/2024/284/0863; the site footer was not visible from our location, so we could not read it ourselves.
IINew Zealand
Imperial Wins and New Zealand's 2026 online casino rules
New Zealand now licenses online casinos. Imperial Wins is not one of them yet — it is an offshore site with a Curaçao licence.
| Date | What changes |
|---|---|
| 1 May 2026 | Online Casino Gambling Act in force |
| 29 Sep 2026 | DIA auctions up to 15 online casino licences |
| October 2026 | Licence applications open |
| 1 Dec 2026 | Operators that did not apply must leave the NZ market |
| Early 2027 | First licences issued |
For you as a player, using an overseas site is not an offence: the rules are written for providers, as the Department of Internal Affairs' page for players explains. Whether ABC Interactive has applied for a New Zealand licence is not public. We will check again after 1 December 2026 and log the result under Updates below.
A dispute goes to the Curaçao regulator, not to the DIA. Sites licensed in New Zealand will have to ban credit cards and offer limits; Imperial Wins has limits too, but under its own policy.

The maths on one deposit
Deposit €100 and you get a €100 bonus. You then need 30 × (100 + 100) = €6,000 in bets within 7 days. At the €4 maximum bet that is at least 1,500 spins.
- Slots only
Feature buy is not allowed while the bonus is active.
- Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz
Deposits through these wallets do not get the bonus.
- Cash-out cap €1,000
Free spins play on Fruit Zen only; their wins wager 25x and cash out up to €100.
Pokies with RTP 96.5% or higher count only 30% toward wagering, which makes the stake 3.3 times larger. Try the sundial below before you pick a game.

NZD is one of 31 currencies in the cashier; the base currency of the terms is the euro.
The brand speaks of "over 20 trusted methods". The exact list and limits appear only after login, and we could not see them from our location, so we do not list them. Skrill, Neteller and ecoPayz are accepted but do not activate a bonus — see payments.
Welcome bonus wins are capped at €1,000, free-spin and no-deposit wins at €100. A withdrawal before wagering is finished cancels the bonus. Details on withdrawals.

What players say: Trustpilot 4.1 from 128 reviews
On 28 September 2026 Imperial Wins scored 4.1 from 128 reviews; the brand has not claimed its profile.
Most reviews are five stars and praise support and payouts "within a couple of business days". The one-star reviews tell a different story: winnings refused or cancelled after wagering (July 2026), slow withdrawals (September 2026) and complaints about the AI chat.
Nearly every one-star review is about withdrawing. Read the bonus terms before you deposit, not after you win.

Responsible play tools and help in New Zealand
Imperial Wins lets you set deposit, bet and loss limits per day, week or month, take a cooling-off break or self-exclude for a year or more.
The responsible gambling policy calls self-exclusion irreversible; the brand's FAQ describes lifting it by written request with a 7-day cooling-off. Ask support in writing before you decide.

XQuestions
FAQ
Is Imperial Wins legit?
Imperial Wins is run by ABC Interactive N.V. and operates under a Curaçao licence; third-party reviews list licence OGL/2024/284/0863. It has no New Zealand licence. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 128 reviews (28 Sep 2026), with most 1-star reviews about withdrawals — read the bonus terms before depositing.
Can I play at Imperial Wins from New Zealand?
Playing on an overseas site is not an offence for NZ players; New Zealand's rules target operators. From 1 December 2026, offshore operators that did not apply for an NZ licence must leave the market, so availability may change. If the site shows "not available in your region", that is the operator's decision.
What is the Imperial Wins welcome bonus?
€1,000 + 150 free spins over three deposits: 100% up to €500, 50% up to €200 and 100% up to €300, each with 50 spins on Fruit Zen. The minimum deposit is €20, wagering is 30x deposit plus bonus within 7 days, and bonus cash-out is capped at €1,000.
How do I log in to Imperial Wins?
Use the Log in button at the top of www.imperialwins.com with your e-mail and password. If you forgot the password, request a reset link by e-mail. On a phone, add the site to your home screen and log in from that shortcut — there is no App Store app.
Does Imperial Wins accept NZ dollars?
Yes, NZD is one of 31 currencies the Imperial Wins cashier supports, and the bonus is shown in NZ$ inside your account. The published bonus terms are in euros, so the exact NZ$ limits depend on conversion at the time you deposit.
What are Imperial Wins sister sites?
Imperial Wins is operated by ABC Interactive N.V. Third-party review sites name SlotsVentura as a sister brand; the operator does not list its other casinos on the Imperial Wins site. Each brand has its own bonus terms, so offers are not shared between them.
How long does an Imperial Wins withdrawal take?
Imperial Wins does not publish payout times in the terms we could read. Some Trustpilot reviewers report payouts within a couple of business days, others describe delays or cancelled winnings. Finish wagering and upload your documents before requesting a withdrawal.

Checked 28 September 2026 — how we checked
We read the brand's bonus terms (Welcome Package, Free Spins, Registration Bonus), opened five promotion pages with campaign dates, listed the Imperial Shop games and compared Trustpilot and the iGaming Ontario list. How we check.
Imperial Wins shows a "restricted country" page at our location, so we could not read the footer, the general terms or the NZ$ cashier. The licence number comes from third-party reviews.
18+ only. Gambling is entertainment, not income. Imperial Wins holds a Curaçao licence and no New Zealand licence, so disputes do not go through the DIA. Gambling Helpline 0800 654 655.
